A most practical cleaning solution

It has been said before that Switzerland has a unique reputation around the globe both for industrial precision and for cleanliness. Combine the two and you have Cleanfix, a world leader in the manufacture of technically advanced cleaning machines.

Their single disc machines are low noise and available in speeds from Low (150 rpm) to High (450 rpm) and Ultra High (1100 rpm) for a wide range of maintenance cleaning and polishing duties.

Cleanfix tub vacuum cleaners are highly manoeuvrable, thanks to a low centre of gravity and 5 casters which also adds to stability, and with powerful motors and high filtration, meet the most exacting demands. An upright vacuum with combined roller brush is also available, as is a lightweight backpack for vacuuming large furnished areas over long periods For allergy-free vacuuming,the Aqua Perl is the ideal solution as the water filtration unit safely contains all the dust,mites, and pollens within itself so that the exhausted air is literally washed clean.

Emptying is also dust-free as the dirty tank is simply poured down the drain.Wet and dry vacuuming is accomplished with machines that are hugely different in size, design and capabilities but bring together the desired common factors such as high suction,easy emptying and transportation.

Cleanfix powered sweepers offer battery drive for fast and dust-free sweeping up to 3,000 sq m per hour, and crucially, cleaning right up to the edge of walls or fixtures. Installed with efficient dust filters, a floor can be properly swept clean without having dust thrown back into the air to resettle upon stored goods.

Instead, dirt,dust and debris are swept right to the back of the machine where a handy drawer enables easy emptying. The filters are sensibly positioned right above the dirt container and when the drawer is opened, cleaning or changing of these is easy. For battery changing or for routine maintenance the hood of the machine lifts off completely to allow uninhibited access to the battery and drive motor. A lightweight manual sweeper is also available for noisefree yet efficient sweeping indoors or out.

For carpet cleaning, Cleanfix spray extraction machines are at the forefront of professional level cleaning with a choice of models that can provide either 4 or 5 nozzle spray extractor heads and even a spray pressure adjustment feature (on the TW 1250) that allows complete control over spray pressure from 2 to 11 bar. For the largest areas, there is a walk-behind brush-assisted carpet spray extractor that cleans in both forwards and back directions equally well, and due to the central roller brush, operator effort is low, while cleaning productivity is exceptionally high.

In a category all its own is the Robo 40 robot scrubber. This clever little machine senses the floor area to be cleaned and will scrub continually until no dirty marks remain.

The operator merely sets Robo 40 to do its job in the designated area and then gets on with other cleaning tasks that do require some human intervention! Not a prototype, Robo 40 is a serious cleaning machine producing tangible results. The 360-degree castors enable a complete turn upon its own radius, thus ensuring complete coverage of the floor. And for a machine weighing only 41kg its capacity is more than adequate for the 7 hours battery time: 27 litres fresh cleaning solution and 14 litres dirty. The operator panel is, in common with all Cleanfix machines, simple and easy to use.

Robo 40 cannot replace the cleaner, but it can and does provide a valuable and dedicated supplementary function in any facility where there is likely to be a shortage of cleaning staff – let’s face it,these days that’s most places.
