Cleanfix scrubber-driers February 27th 2008 Scrubber-driers are the mainstay of the Cleanfix floor care range, being robust enough to withstand constant use in the harshest environments, but with the stylish good looks that are not out of place in a shopping centre or supermarket. And with the features to ensure deep down cleaning, in a choice of sizes to suit all applications, in mains or battery power, your Cleanfix machine will soon become the mainstay of your cleaning operation.
The latest series of compact machines available from the company have scrubbing widths of 43, 50, 56, and 70 cms, and come with features usually associated with much larger models, easily handling all floor types and capable of tackling floor stripping tasks. The smaller of these new machines are available mains or battery, and battery-only for the 56 and 70 cms sizes.
Capacities, thanks to the expanding clean/dirty water tank membranes, which vary from 32 litres up to 90 litres across the series, are more than adequate for general duties on most floors without having to stop and refill, thus saving considerably on machine downtime. Brush rotation speeds range from 135 rpm to 200 rpm in the series.
As with all Cleanfix machines, which, says the company are “built for the user”, the neat and simple controls are sensibly placed on the handle and so lie within easy reach.
Apart from these latest machines, the flagship models in the Cleanfix autoscrubber range are without doubt Sauber ride-on, a machine that combines rare manoeuvrability on a stable 4 wheel chassis with speed and power. In two versions the 800 & 900. The Robo 40, Robot scrubber Drier has been redesigned since its’ original inception and the latest version with built in Vacuum will be launched for sale at Interclean. It can be left on its own to clean a specified area at a rate of 400 sq m per hour and saves sufficient labour to pay for itself in 6 months.
With a working width of 42 cms and brush rotation speed of 300 rpm the Robo 40 once set to its task just gets on with it without interruption and in the utmost safety, the highly responsive infra-red & ultrasonic sensors avoiding fixtures and furniture, leaving the area freshly scrubbed, clean and dry. Said to represent the most advanced automatic cleaning technology in the world today, Robo 40 is a serious cleaning machine producing tangible results.
The ideal location for Robo 40 is in schools, hospitals, retail environments or warehouses, anywhere in fact with large floor areas or corridors where it can be assigned to clean while the operator is free to get on with other tasks such as emptying waste baskets, polishing tables or replacing toilet rolls, etc.
